Today, the Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), in Uttar Pradesh, will start the round 6 choice filling for the undergraduate and graduate programmes for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) and Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
Candidates who enrolled for UPTAC Counselling Round 6 for Admissions to BTech through JEE Mains excluding Biotechnology and Agriculture, MTech Integrated, Those Seeking Admission for BTech Biotechnology, BTech Agriculture, B Des, BHMCT, BFAD, BFA, MBA Integrated, MCA Integrated, BVoc, BPharmacy lateral, BTech lateral programmes through CUET UG 2023, while for Admissions to MBA, MCA through CUET PG can do so by using the official website, uptac.admissions.nic.in, to enter their selections.

Candidates can access the choice-filling area by logging in to the UPTAC portal using their registration ID and password. By October 8, they must decide the institutions and subjects they want to enrol in. The registration period for UPTAC’s sixth cycle of counselling has begun and will expire tomorrow.
On October 4, registration opened for round 6, which is the special round 1 of the UPTAC counselling. To fill unfilled seats, the authorities will launch a different web platform for private colleges.
UPTAC Choice Filling 2023
The official website of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University now accepts UPTAC 2023 preference submissions. On uptac.admissions.nic.in, applicants who are participating in the counselling process can complete the UPTAC choice form.
The JEE Main application number and password are needed by candidates to finish the UPTAC counselling 2023 option filling. Candidates must fill up the UPTAC 2023 preference form with their preferred college and course options. The UPTAC seat allocation 2023 result is announced by the exam organisers solely based on the choices made by applicants.
UPTAC Counselling 2023 – Eligibility Qualifications
Candidates must fulfil a number of requirements established by the government in order to register for UPTAC counselling 2023.
- Candidates must have either taken their qualifying examination from a school in Uttar Pradesh or had Uttar Pradesh as their primary residence.
- Candidates will need to present their parent’s domicile certificate if they haven’t already completed the qualifying test from a UP-based institution.
- No age restriction applies.
- Applicants must have a current JEE Main 2023 score.
UPCET Counselling (UPTAC) 2023: Documents required
For the UPTAC Counselling 2023 Process to be successfully completed, the following papers are needed:
- 10th and 12th Marksheet and Certificate
- Character Certificate from school and college (for PG courses)
- Domicile Certificate of the candidate (if the candidate has passed their qualifying exam from another state then a Domicile certificate of their father or mother will be needed)
- Category Certificate (if required)
- Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Sub- Category certificate (if required)
- JEE Main 2023/ NATA 223/CUET UG 2023/CUET PG 2023 Admit Card
- JEE Main 2023/ NATA 223/CUET UG 2023/CUET PG 2023 Scorecard/ Result
- Medical Fitness Certificate /Undertaking (If applicable)
UPTAC Spot Round Counselling for 2023
If seats are still available after the last round of UPTAC Counselling in 2023, a UPTAC Spot Counselling process would be conducted. Candidates must report to the location (listed on the website) with all requisite documentation and a demand draught made out to the Finance Officer, AKTU Payable at Lucknow for the offline exam. Documents will be verified at the UPTAC Counselling Location, and students will then be assigned their seat and course at the appropriate institution based on the rank they achieved on the admission exams.
