Thiagarajan School of Management Madurai

The Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), one of the first independent institutions in Madurai, was founded in 1962. The School has been granted autonomous status by the UGC and is associated with Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU). TSM is also eligible for accreditation through the ACBSP and is included among the top 100 management colleges by NIRF 2022. TSM offers PGDM and MBA programmes with a two-year residency that are accredited with UGC. Nadar Mahajan Sangam S Vellaichamy Nadar College, Madurai

The Nadar Mahajana Sangam Vellaichamy, S. A college called Nadar College, often referred to as SVN College, is situated in Nagamalai, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. It offers bachelor's and master's level degrees and was founded in 1965 by Nadar Mahajana Sangam. The university, Madurai Kamaraj University, is connected to the college. With contributions from its members, Nadar Mahajana Sangam founded the college in 1965. One lakh rupees was given by S. Vellaichamy Nadar. The college began as a pre-university institution with 330 students (all males), 18 teachers, and 12 non-teaching staff members. K. Kamaraj inaugurated it on July 20, 1965.

It transitioned to co-education in 1986, and in 2007 it attained autonomy. It is now a post-graduate research institution that aims to provide quality education with a focus on character development and behaviour.
