Course Description

LPU has announced the commencement of the Schedule VII registration for the LPUNEST examination from October 1, 2021. The last date of submission of the application form for LPUNEST is October 31, 2021. The LPUNEST will be a remotely proctored test. The LPUNEST is scheduled to be conducted from October 6, 2021 to November 3, 2021.

Admission into the MBA course of LPU is on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the CAT/MAT/NMAT/XAT/CMAT/LPUNEST examination, followed by an interview process.

LPU MBA Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission into the MBA course of LPU must have completed their Bachelor’s degree in any stream with a minimum of 55% marks as an aggregate. 

LPU MBA Admission Criteria

  Registration for admission to MBA programmes is done through an online mode.
• 
  Every year, the Lovely Technical University conducts the National Entrance and Scholarship Examination (LPUNEST) for MBA candidates.
• 
  LPUNEST will be conducted in online mode as per the schedule mentioned above.
• 
  A valid score in the CAT/ MAT/ NMAT/ XAT/CMAT/ LPUNEST, followed by an interview, is required for admission to MBA and MBA (Hons) programmes.

How To Apply?

The details application process is given below:

Step 1: Signup

• 
  Register on the LPU official admission portal with all the basic details required (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password).
• 
  After successful registration, you will get a mail on your registered email id regarding this.
• 
  Login to LPU ADMIT using your previously created username and password.

Step 2: Apply for LPUNEST

LPUNEST is an online entrance test conducted to offer admission to programmes you are interested in. Admission to MBA is done based on performance in LPUNEST and Interview.

  Deposit the test fee:
• 
  The application form and a soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit cost Rs. 1000 (for boys) and Rs. 500 (for girls).
• 
  The cost of the application form and the printed LPUNEST kit is Rs. 1500 (for boys) and Rs. 1000 (for girls).
• 
  Fill the test application form.

Step 3: Book the exam slot

• 
  Book the time slot as per your preferred date, time, and venue to appear in the test.
• 
  You can choose from the 200 cities in India where the test will be conducted.
• 
  Download the examination hall ticket.

Step 4: Interview

• 
  After qualifying LPUNEST, choose a suitable date/ time/ venue to appear in the interview.
• 
  Appear for the interview in your preferred time slot.

Step 5: Admission

• 
  Deposit initial payment of Rs. 20000. After the successful realization of the payment.
• 
  A Provisional Registration Number will be produced and sent to the email address you provided.
• 
  Upload the required documents.
• 
  The balance fee must be charged within the university’s deadlines.

Scholarship on the basis of Percentage in Qualifying Examination:

The qualifications and amount of the scholarship are listed below.
