For B.Tech Program:

1. Applicants must have passed the 12th level /intermediate exam from a recognized board or university.
2. A minimum of 50% marks must be obtained in Physics, Mathematics, and an optional subject.
3. Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam with Physics, English and Mathematics as well as any one of the biotechnology/ biology or technical vocational subjects.

For M.Tech Program:

• Students must have passed B.Tech/ B.E or AIME from a recognized university or board.
• The qualifying exam must have been passed with a 50% score.
• M.Tech. applications are open to all ages.

MET Eligibility Criteria 2022

The MET eligibility criteria below are available to candidates seeking admission to various engineering disciplines. Students must have passed the 12th standard with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects from a recognized board. As an optional subject, candidates must also have taken Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or any technical vocational course. MET 2022 is only open to Indian-origin candidates. The MET exam does not have an age restriction in 2022. Qualification marks: The applicant must obtain a minimum of 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and one of the optional subjects in class 12 or A level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent.
