IIM Ahmedabad Placements 2022 – IIM Ahmedabad has been ranked as the best B-School on The ranking of IIMs across the country. The school isn’t just popular for its reputation as a top school and prestigious reputation, but also for its excellent ROI. IIM Ahmedabad Placements average MBA program costs INR. 23 LPA and the cost of the package as gathered by students is more than INR. 25 LPA.

IIM Ahmedabad has concluded its initial phase of placements for its PGP cohort in 2022. The class was selected in the eyes of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a top recruiter and received 47 offers, which includes PPOs. The first Cluster comprised 4 Cohorts: Investment Banking and Markets, Management Consulting, Advisory Consulting and equity, Venture Capital, and Asset Management.

IIM Ahmedabad Placement From finance companies, Goldman Sachs made the most offer (7) including Pre-Placement Offers.

The second study was held on February 11th 2022. TATA Administration Services (TAS) provided the largest number of domestic deals, while Emaar was the most extensive of International offers. Consumable Goods and Durable Companies had the most offers closely closely followed by Conglomerates.

On February 14, 2022 IIM Ahmedabad completed the third group of the final stage for the selection of the PGP cohort in 2022. Analytics & IT Consulting, Banking Insurance, Consumer Tech, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Enterprises Tech, Financial Services, FinTech, and Government Enterprises were among the eight cohorts of 3rd Cluster. The third cluster of the third cluster Fintech companies received the best offers, with half the offers also coming from outside. Mexican Consumer Payments significant UnDosTres was the most well-known recruiter in the third phase.

IIM Ahmedabad Placements also saw the participation of a number of recruiters who were new this year, from various cohorts, such as Garena, Eightfold.ai, and H&R Johnson (Prism Johnson Limited). A total of offers were provided by 190 participant firms.

This institute is running its placement campaign within PGP FABM. PGP FABM program, and 46 students were selected . students were placed at some of the most prominent industry giants, such as BCG, Nomura, Ola, Samsung Electronics, CK Birla Group, Accenture, American Express, Arthur D. Little, Avendus, Bain & Co, Citi, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and many others.

IIM Ahmedabad Placements began its Final Placement program on March 2, 2021. The students were given 32 jobs in the field of consulting on the very first day. In the Cluster-2 Consumer Goods major Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Samsung Electronics as well as CK Birla Group were among the top three companies that had the most offers, with each having six pre-placement opportunities (PPOs). The process of placing concluded within the Group-3. Within this group, the largest quantity of offers were provided via Analytics and IT Consulting firms followed by BFSI. Also, IIM Ahmedabad recorded a 100% rate of placement during the recruitment drive in 2021.

The institute has released their PGPX Report on the placement of the batch 2021. The 15th batch was awarded the highest CTC in the EVET batch which was INR up to 83 LPA, as of now. The CTC average was about INR 30 LPA.

The FABM program it was found that the institute was part of over 32 businesses within industries such as Agri Inputs and Services, Food and Agri Consulting, Agri Commodity Trading, AgriTech, Logistics and Supply Chain, FMCG, Food Processing, e-Commerce, Retail, Biomedical as well as Pharmaceuticals.

In the summer Internships Program for the 2023’s batch there were 45 recruiters who were part of the selection process. BCG has been the best recruiter and had the offer of 26 jobs and Kearny with 24 offers during this Cluster 1 summer internships and the institution has completed the summer internships of cluster 2 in which Hindustan Unilever stood as the most sought-after recruiter providing 14 offers.

Institute has finished placement of summer interns in the 2023 cohort. More than 20 companies took part at the Cluster 3 3- 3 internships. TCS was the most effective recruiter, offering 12 jobs. All 47 applicants will complete internships in April and June 2022.

The salary packages for graduates from top IIMs is far above average, however, the salary packages offered to newer IIMs are around 10-20 lakh INR per annum. There is no estimate of the lowest salary offered, although the lowest salary an IIM graduate can expect would be 6 lakh INR per annum.

IIM Ahmedabad Placements 2022 was concluded last week with the MBA students from 2020 to 22 being accepted by top MNCs in different roles across various areas. In the past year, around 220 IIM placement positions were made available to students from the outgoing MBA batch. Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Accenture were the top recruiters. BCG had the most deals (including Pre-Placement Opportunities) of 47 with offers. They were closely followed by Accenture which had 32 offers. Among the Investment Banks, Goldman Sachs was the best recruiter by offering 6 offers. Bank of America was close third offering four offers.

IIM Ahmedabad is an a Cluster method (three clusters) of the final placements procedure that allows different sectors to be accepted in groups. Around 190 companies participated during IIM Ahmedabad placements 2022. IIM Ahmedabad placements in 2022 across three clusters of final placements with all students placed in twenty cohorts. The process of placement is carried out in two steps namely Lateral Process and the Final Placements Process. IIM Ahmedabad Placements 2021: Highlights

The audited report on IIM Ahmedabad Placement & IIM average package published from the Indian Placements Reporting Standards (IPRS) shows that the average amount of salary paid to the PGP/MBA class 2019-21 was INR 27.54 lakh per year. The most lucrative salary offered was at INR 55.00 lakh per year and the most lucrative international salary offered was INR 1.16 crore annually. 

IIM Ahmedabad Placement median international salary offered was INR 74.80 lakhs per year.

In total, of 374 job advertisements 9 were for locations outside of the United States, which included cities like Amsterdam, Dubai, UAE, and Hong Kong. International offers were all made in the areas of Consulting, Finance, Marketing & Sales, and General Management.

IIM Ahmedabad Placements 2021 Report

In light of the ongoing pandemic, IIMA institute carried out the entire process in a virtual “cluster-cohort system” where recruiters who have similar profiles are placed into groups.Third and second phases of IIMA placements will be held on March 5th and March 8 respectively.

The institute completed the placements of its Postgraduate Program for Food and Agribusiness Management (PGP-FABM) on March 5th 2021. 32 companies were part of The Final Placements in 2021. They came across sectors like Agri Inputs and Services, Food and Agri Consulting, Agri Commodity Trading, AgriTech, Logistics and Supply Chain, FMCG, Food Processing, e-Commerce, Retail, Biomedical and Pharmaceuticals.

Cluster 1 consisted of four cohorts: Investment Banking & Markets Management Consulting, Advisory Consulting and Private Equity, Venture Capital & Asset Management while Cluster 2 included six cohorts, including Advertising & Media, Consumer Goods, Consumer Services, Consumer Electronics, General Management & Leadership and Retail B2B and B2C businesses.

Within Cluster 3 that was the most recent selection the cohort comprised six that included Analytics and IT Consulting BFSI, Consumer Tech, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Government Enterprises And Pharma & Healthcare.

In the Consulting area, Boston Consulting Group alone provided 32 job offers, which included pre-placement offer, closely to McKinsey that made thirty job offer.

Consumer goods giant Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Samsung Electronics and CK Birla Group have received the most number of offers of six each, including pre-placement offer (PPOs). Some of the recruiters in Cluster 2 Cluster 2 cohort include- Bharti Enterprise and Five Holdings.

In the financial sector Financial service firm, Nomura, made seven offers to students. They were and was followed by Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, each offering five opportunities for employment. Students also got jobs in offshore finance and consulting companies across Asia, Middle East and Singapore.

In the Third Cluster, the most quantity of offers were offered from Analytics as well as IT Consulting firms followed by BFSI. Tata Consultancy Services extended the most offers in the 3rd cluster (14) and was then Ola Cabs (6). A number of new recruiters took part this year, such as Navi, Eversana, and Indxx Capital.

The most sought-after recruiters who attended the campus were: Accenture, American Express, Arthur D. Little, Avendus, Bain & Co., Boston Consulting Group, Citi, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, IBM and KPMG were among the companies in the first cluster which provided jobs to management school graduates.

IIM Ahmedabad witnessed an exceptional year of placements during the 2020 recruitment drive. The audited report on IIM Ahmedabad placements for the PGP batch for 2020 was released by Indian Placements Reporting Standards (IPRS).

As per the report the average wage has increased a lot at INR. 26.13 LPA from INR. 25.83 LPA last year while the highest national salary has decreased to INR. 55.88 LPA this year from INR. 70 LPA the previous year.

The highest CTC that was offered by PGPx PGP Program was. 55.88 LPA. The highest CTC available under PGPx was INR. 81 LPA.

This time last year IIMA was able to successfully conclude summer-time placements for the PGP Batch (2019-2021) within only 3 clusters. Boston Consulting Group stood out as the biggest recruiter with 23 offers. Students were given 19 invitations to join Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, France, and the Middle East. Technology majors Microsoft, Amazon along with the conglomerate RPG have been the best recruiters in the laterals.

McKinsey offered the highest number of deals (including pre-placement offers) at the close of the final process for placement with 27 offers. It was being followed by Boston Consulting Group with 23 offers.

• As part of the Niche Consulting cohort, Mastercard extended 11 deals.
• Of the financial institutions that invest, Avendus is the most prolific recruiter offering 10 offers. It was closely being followed by JP Morgan with 8 offers. This year it was it was the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Asset Management group experienced an increase of 80% in firms that participated compared to last year’s cohort, which included Matrix Partners and SAW Partners.
• The constant increase in companies taking part in this cohort year in and year out (200 percentage increase over in the last year) confirms the faith that different industries have in the high-quality that we provide through our PGP program. For the goods for consumers and services area, AB InBev extended the largest number of offers, 8 followed by Airtel with 7 offers.
• With six opportunities, CK Birla was the most prolific recruiter within the General Management cohort. Within the IT Consulting cohort, Tata Consultancy Services was the top recruiter, with 12 offers. For the Laterals process, FinlQ made the highest amount of offers (including pre-placement offers) of 11 offers. Amazon (10 offers), Microsoft (7 offers) and RPG Group (7 offers) were the other top recruiters during the Laterals process.

IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placements 2020-2022

On Tuesday, December 2, 2020, IIM-A completed the first cluster of its summer placement process for the academic year 2020-21. Because of the pandemic, the placements were done virtually.

Because the institute uses a “cluster-cohort-based placement procedure,” companies with similar profiles are grouped into cohorts and invited to the campus in a specific cluster. The first group was primarily hired for consulting, investment banking, and market sectors.

It was the First Cluster involved 50 recruiters from investment and consulting markets and banking sectors.

• The first group employed primarily for investment banking, consulting and markets. Of the 50 recruiters that were part of the first group, Bain and Company emerged as the best recruiter providing 20 job openings, then followed by Boston Consulting Group with 19 offers.
• In the consulting domain, top hiring firms included Accenture Strategy, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur D Little, Auctus Advisors, GEP Consulting, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Strategy&.
• The markets and investment banking sector was dominated by recruiters such as Arpwood Capital, Avendus Capital, Bank of America, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura India. With the offer of 10 positions, Edelweiss Wealth Management emerged as the most sought-after recruiting company in the market and investment banking sector.

The Second Cluster was concluded with the presence of recruiters comprising 40 from seven cohorts. Amazon alone has enlisted 14 students to work as interns.

• In the sector of consumer goods and durables, Hindustan Unilever Ltd was the top recruiter in this region by offering thirteen offers.
• Airtel offering five deals was best recruiter in the Consumer Services sector. This year, the top recruiters include Walmart Global Tech and Purplle.com.
• The majority of jobs were offered in the field of media and advertising consumer electronics such as consumer durables and goods such as consumer services and conglomerates.

The third cluster of summer internships at IIMA was held on the 7th of December 7, 2020. TCS was the most sought-after recruiter, with 15 offers within the Software cohort. Vedanta was the highest recruiter within the Core Manufacturing and Infrastructure cohort with six offers.

• IIM-A was attended by over 50 recruitment professionals. The total number of recruiters took part, and included
