The Indian Institute of Technology of Kanpur will start holding the GATE 2023 examination starting today, February 4, 2023. Eight different regions of the nation and a few additional international locations will host GATE 2023 in two shifts.

On February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023, the GATE Exam 2023 will be administered in two shifts each day. The first shift will take place from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, while the second or final shift will take place from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. On January 9, 2023, the official website released the GATE Exam 2023 admit card. IIT Kanpur had previously advised candidates to download their admission cards as soon as possible.

A candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, hall ticket number, address, shift times, exam date, and instructions are all included on the GATE Exam 2023 Admit Card. The GATE Exam 2023 will take three hours and take place in 29 cities, it is crucial to remember. This test will be conducted on a computer. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and/or Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions will be asked in a total of 65 questions. To the exam, candidates must bring their admit card, a legitimate photo ID, and a water bottle. If you don’t have an admit card and a form of identification, you won’t be able to participate in GATE 2023.

GATE Exam 2023: What’s Not Allowed

Candidates are not permitted to have any technological items on them, including a digital watch, Bluetooth gadgets, computers, or cell phones. No candidates may be in possession of a pen/pencil box/pouch.
